We all are aware of Rishi Kapoor's outspoken nature and fearless attitude. And this time he took a dig at the governing body and asked them to take a clear stand on the issue of including Pakistani artists in our films.

In a recent interview, the veteran termed the sudden ban on working with Pakistani actors in India, an unfair act. He was quoted saying, "Films are not planned in one or three days. It takes time. You can't say that you're going to ban a picture."

"You've been working for the last six months. These are unfair rulings and bullying tactics. You must give a cut-off period. It gives us time to finish our films and henceforth we will not take them," he added.

He said that the ruling authority is confusing the filmmakers as first they shake hands with the neighboring country and at next instance you ban them! He said, "Sometimes some skirmish happens in the border and your whole thinking goes wrong. Sometimes you shake hands and say go ahead. You're confusing your country, people."

He asked to take a proper stand whether to befriend with them or not. "Either you shake hands or don't shake hands. Why does Modi have to go to Pakistan and shake hands when you know skirmishes will happen," he said.
