In the sting operation video the channel claimed the witnesses saw Salman shoot the chinkaras. However, the witnesses later changed their statements claiming that the video was doctored.

In the last hearing held on August 24, the channel had informed before the single bench of HC thatthat it had already taken down the video and script of the sting operation and all other related material from its website.

Both the parties submitted their affidavits and told the court that they are working out on a settlement in a hearing this month.

The matter is heard is before Justice SJ Kathawlla and the judgement is said to be passed on 18th November.

The Rajasthan court had vindicated Salman in both the poaching cases this year.
