In movies there are some compelling action sequences which can send an adrenaline rush into our spines. It's a tough and tedious task to build up a memorable action scene that will be in the minds of movie goers forever as it is far more than punching, kicking, chasing cars etc.

The Helicopter chase sequence is one amongst those memorable action sequences. Touted to be as the most expensive chase sequence of the movie, the helicopter sequence of Dishoom was also one of the most complex scenes to shoot, as it involved filming challenging stunts mid-air.

The chopper sequence was filmed in Abu Dhabi & it took around 3-4 days to complete the filming of the sequence. If this was not enough, to enhance visual appeal, the scene had to be shot barring body doubles and harness' inorder for the sequence to look realistic.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala, not only roped in expert stunt choreographers but also personally looked into safety and protection of both his lead actors. Sajid made sure to have equipment's on standby as a precautionary measure during the sequence.

Varun Dhawan and John Abraham had a very good & adventurous experience shooting this sequence. The duo found this sequence extremely exhilarating to perform.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and presented by Eros International, Dishoom is directed by Rohit Dhawan and is all set to hit the silver screen on 29th July, 2016.
