Chennai, May 27 (IANS) Tamil film 'Kadaishi Nimitam' (Last Minute) will be the third film in India - and the world - to be made with only one actor, says director Chinna.

'Sridhar plays an army officer facing unknown impediments while being stranded in a forest after a plane crash. 'Kadaishi Nimitam' is a horror film with breathtaking visuals filmed in several reserve forests of Tamil Nadu by cinematographer P.K.H. Das,' Chinna told IANS.

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, only two films have been made with a solo actor, both in India. The first was 'Yaadein'. Made in 1964, it featured Sunil Dutt who also produced and directed it. The second was Kannada film Shanti (2004). Directed by Bangaru Ramachandrappa, its only actor was Bhavana.

While the two earlier films were shot indoors, 'Kadaishi Nimitam', scheduled for an early June release, is shot outdoors.
