Peculiar titles attract attention: Telugu producer

Chennai, Oct 30 (IANS) Telugu producer Seetharamayya, who is producing director Teja's Telugu romantic-entertainer "1000 Abaddalu", says peculiar titles help in getting attention.

"Peculiar title for a film helps in drawing attention from the audience. To keep the buzz alive from the launch of the film till its release day, such titles are being opted," Seetharamayya told IANS.

Having said that, he feels that "film titles should not compromise on the quality of the film. You may have odd titles, but at the same time it should do justice to the film".

"1000 Abaddalu", which means "1000 lies", will go on the floors Nov 9 with actor Sairam Shankar in prominent role.
