There is continued interest in the Hindi film world on when Salman Khan would get married but the Bollywood star is in no hurry and can't understand why everyone is so curious about this.

Reacting to fellow actor Aamir Khan's comment that it is high time Salman should enter wedlock, the 46-year-old said: "Aamir has been after me for this for a while now. I don't understand why everyone is after me to get married?"

He was speaking at a promotional event of his upcoming action thriller "Ek Tha Tiger".

In the Yash Raj Films (YRF) project, directed by Kabir Khan, Salman will be seen with former girlfriend Katrina Kaif. Even in the film's trailer, Katrina has a line telling Salman's character that he has reached an age where he should get married.

Asked about her thoughts on Salman's marriage, Katrina said: "I think nobody else except Salman should decide at what age he wants to get married."

Kabir clarfied that the dialogue was not inserted into the film deliberately, but he couldn't resist the temptation of adding it.

"Since I have Katrina and Salman in the movie, I couldn't resist having this," he said.

He is 46 for gods sake. Iam a pretty liberal person but honestly he is too old to get married. Its pretty obvious he's not gonna get married. I dont know why ppl bother asking. And even if he does get married he wont exactly be at the best of ages to father kids cos he will be too old to see them grow up as adults. When his kid turns 20, he will be 66! Press all the dislike buttons u want but this is a fact. Salman aint gonna tie the knot so quit pestering him.
