From SEXY to SAD: Here's who wore what at the Ambani reception

It was the big night of reception for the Ambanis yesterday. The son of business tycoon Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, Akash got hitched to his fiance Shloka Mehta, who is the daughter of diamond magnate Russell Mehta. After a trip to Switzerland and a true fairytale wedding, it was time for the reception last night. The night was high on glamour and ommph as all the Btown celebs too marked their presence.

The style quotient was sky rocketing as everyone was dressed to kill. There were however some minor disappointments which we can ignore. Let's dive in and have a look at who wore what.

The adorable Btown couple was present at the do and looked beautiful as usual. Shahid was dapper in a black polka dots bandh gala and Mira was graceful as ever in pastel pink and peach colored lehenga. She kept her makeup rather simple and wooed our hearts with in style.

She was the light of yesterday. Dressed with all the poise and panache, Sonali wore a beautiful embellished kurta in red with palazzo pants. With absolutely the right makeup, Sonali made us smile from one ear to the other. While sharing her picture she wrote that she finally got out of her track pants after a long long time. We too were thrilled to see you like this Sonali.

Once again this couple was all hearts as they posed together for a perfect family click at the do. While Aishwarya donned a floor length pink anarkali  embellished with diamonds all over, Abhishek was handsome in a bow tie suit. Little princess Aaradhya was cute as a button in a princess gown and a tiara.

She has the hottest silhouette in town and she doesn't hesitate to flaunt it as well. Yesterday at the reception, Shilpa was looking breathtakingly beautiful in a golden grey lehenga. With a big chokar necklace, she sent the temperatures soaring off the roof. Along side her was her dapper hubby Raj Kundra in a black bandhgala.

The next in line to woo our hearts was the second hottie of Btown. Malaika was sensational in a gold embellished lehenga and an emerald neck piece. With sultry makeup, she too was a reason for the raising heat.

Coming to the tacky wears, Kajol was the first one to catch our eye. She wore a gold saree which was not at all a great pick for the occasion. Even her hair game was very unflattering. You can do better than this Mrs. Devgan.

Nah... This pretty girl got carried away by the hues of yellow from the wedding it seems. Her gold and yellow sequined lehenga was not at appalling. She looked pretty inspite of a bad outfit, what if she would have chosen a great one?
