Train song from 'Gully Boy' traces the journey of Murad

The makers of Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy have treated the audience with the Train song, post the release of the film.

The video showcases the journey Murad played by Ranveer Singh as he walks on the path to excel as a rapper.

Giving an insight into the struggle of Murad, the song touches upon the various facades of his life. With the support of his love interest Safina aka Alia Bhatt and mentored by MC Sher played by Siddhant Chaturvedi, Murad makes it big in the underground rapper's world.

Composed by Midival Punditz & Karsh Kale and sung by Raghu Dixit & Karsh Kale. The song dropped online today.

Starring Ranveer Singh as the street rapper, Gully Boy stars Alia Bhatt as his love interest bringing to the screen the fresh chemistry of the duo. The film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles.

Directed by Zoya Akhtar, Gully Boy is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment in association with Tiger Baby and this film on the underground rap movement in India is slated to release on February 14.
