#MeToo: Aditi Rao Hydari RECOLLECTS her encounter with Sexual Predator

Tanushree Dutta took the entire nation by storm when she opened a decade old case of sexual harassment against Nana Patekar. Many big names from Bollywood were called in the movement and many girls revealed horrific stories of harassment against them. After Tanushree's revelations many influential people expressed their opinion on the movement and then Aditi Rao Hydari's cryptic message stood tall. 

She wrote that people who themselves are guilty of harassment are giving gyaan on #MeToo movment. Now after two months, in a recent interaction with India Today Conclave South 2018, Aditi revealed how she too was give a choice of either doing This or This. 

She recalled,"I was extra naive when I joined the industry. There was an incident that did not harm me so much, but it still had an impact on me. I had to make a choice, and obviously, for me, the choice was clear. I chose not to submit. I did not find work for eight months. I snapped out of it. Today, I'm working with people I want to work with."

She feels that women should be given time to come up with the courage to speak what they went through. "If you force people to speak, you're turning the moment on its head," she said.
