Apartment – With loose bricks

Rohit Roy and Tanushree Dutta make a couple who have high flying jobs and thanks to their united incomes, get their hands on a swank apartment. However, a misunderstanding leads to a tiff between the two and Tanushree throws Rohit out.

'Okay now how will I pay the rent?' thinks Tanushree and puts an ad out for a roommate. In comes Neetu Chandra, a Dehradun girl who seems pretty harmless at first look. The fact that she's a maniac comes out little by little when there's sign that things between Tanushree and Rohit get better.

Trying to help Tanushree keep herself safe is Anupam Kher, her next door neighbor.

The film goes on quite logically up until the climax. The climax is so ridiculous; it makes you wonder how an experienced film maker like Jagmohan Mundhra agree for it. There is a fair bit of comic relief. The music is not up to the mark.

Neetu Chandra tries to pull off such a complex character and is successful till an extent. After that she gets repetitive. Tanushree Dutta is monotonous. Rohit Roy looks older than he's projected to be. Anupam Kher has done decent within the scope that he's been given.

An okay watch.
