Plot

The film opens with Vijay (Ajay Devgan) and his meteoric rise to riches. This wins him the admiration of another industrialist Oberoi (Amrish Puri). Oberoi's extreme fondness of Vijay arouses jealousy of his wife (Reena Roy) and son Raja (Ajinkya Deo). Raja's uncle who suggests Vijay to be Oberoi's illegitimate son fans the ill will.
