Vipul Amrutlal Shah (sometimes also spelt as Vipul Shah) is a film producer and director of Hindi movies. So far he has directed three Hindi films, Now he is producing a film Singh Is Kinng, starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the direction of Anees Bazmee. All of his films include Akshay Kumar. Director was praised by the critics in his debut film Aankhen which was the 5 biggest hit of 2002. He then impressed the audience and critics in his next film Waqt: The Race Against Time which was also one of the highest grossing films of 2005. His next two films Namastey London and Singh Is Kinng did well at the Box Office.
He is currently married to Shefali Shetty.
Vipul Shah intialily started of with a soap opera 'Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka',aired on Sony Entertaintment Channel.The serial went on to be the longest running family drama with over 1000 episodes He is now the producer of Comedy Circus and Jhalak Dikhla Jaa on Sony TV Asia.
